Once you have paid your balance for your holiday to us we will register your arrival with Haven. they in turn will send you the option to purchase play passes.
These can be bought up to 12 weeks in advance, so if you wish to pay your balance at 12 weeks instead of the usual 10 weeks you can.
Activities and restaurants can be booked 12 weeks before you arrive
Swimming sessions can be booked 4 weeks before your arrival.
Entertainment venues are free flow with a valid fun pass.
